Thank you Santa Barbara for nominating us for a third year in a row for best contractor! We are grateful!

It is really fun to see our name on the ballot, and it means so much to us that the community we serve recognizes that we have earned a spot on this list.

You might be wondering, why have you been nominated three years in a row, and never won? I am wondering the same thing! We have some pretty deep establishment competition. We have a lot of respect for them, but you know how it goes around here... Maybe this year we will win! And if we don't, we are mostly just happy to be given the opportunity to be showcased as a contender.

The majority of Kellow Construction's employees grew up in Santa Barbara, and were proudly educated at local public schools!

Kellow Construction supports local non-profits through our formal giving program Building Together. Our donation to revenue ratio is huge compared to any local competitors. In the past 3 years we have donated over $20,000 between Storyteller Children's Center, and Starr King Parent Child Workshop. Both schools are institutional necessities and resources that are in major need of in kind facility support. You can read more about our Building Together Program here. We are proud that we step up, and hope to inspire other local builders, who do much more revenue then us, to follow our example and step it up too. Come on guys!!!
